Office Visits

Our practice is committed to providing the patient with safe, gentle, and high-quality dental care. We understand the patient may feel anxious about visiting the dentist. We are sensitive to those needs, and it is our goal to make everyone feel comfortable visiting our practice.

Your first visit is all about the patient: his or her comfort, happiness, and health

During the first visit, we will review the dental and medical history forms.  Pending cooperation of the patient, we will try to take X-rays of the teeth and mouth. Next, one of our hygienists will clean and polish the patient’s teeth, and check the teeth and gums for cavities or early signs of tooth decay or gingivitis.

Then, one of our dentists will help to create an individual treatment plan and answer any questions.

Bring your smile, but also remember to bring these to the first appointment

  • Your completed patient packet found on this site
  • Your insurance card(s)
  • Your dental records and X-rays from any previous dentist

Regular checkups are an important part of maintaining a healthy smile!

The American Dental Association recommends a visit to the dentist every six months for regular checkups and routine teeth cleanings to keep your teeth and gums healthy.

We understand you have a busy schedule, so when you’re preparing to visit our office, please remember your appointments can last between 45 and 90 minutes.
